Here’s how it works:

1. Log in to your thetruckinggeek.com account.
2. Click “My Account”
3. Click “Settings” from the drop-down menu.
4. Scroll down and click “Twitter.”
5. Click “Authorize with Twitter.”
6. (If you’re not already logged on to your Twitter account, the log-on screen will appear.)
6. Click “Authorize app” (which will take you back to your thetruckinggeek.com page).
7. Click “Yes” under “Synchronize Tweets to my activity stream.”
8. Scroll down and click “Save settings.” (There’s no need to fill in the filter forms, because I already set that up for you.)

Important:

When you want your Tweets to appear on thetruckinggeek.com, all you have to do is type #ttg (called a hash tag) anywhere within the message. For example:

I am sick of my job #ttg

Or #ttg my boss is a asshole

Just typing #ttg within the body of any Tweet means that message will automatically appear on the thetruckinggeek.com/ Activity Page.

So now your Tweets can reach your friends and family whether or not they’re on Twitter, and whether or not they’re a friend/follower.

3. Click “Settings” from the drop-down menu.
4. Scroll down to the right and click “YouTube.”
5. Under “YouTube Settings” enter your YouTube username
6. Click “Save settings”

So now all of your uploaded YouTube videos will automatically appear on the thetruckinggeek.com Activity Page. It’s a great way to compile all your YouTube videos in one place that’s accessible to all of your friends and family.

5. under “Flickr Settings” enter your Flickr username
6. Click “Save settings”
